All appointments at Rio Thai Spa are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via call, WhatsApp, or our website. Payments can be made through accepted modes at the spa or online where applicable. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience.
Clients are requested to inform us at least a few hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or loss of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Rio Thai Spa.
All spa and massage services are provided strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unwell, intoxicated, or engages in inappropriate behavior. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions.
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate requests will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in further action if necessary.
